Broth

Free of gluten, fat, added sugar, additives, preservatives or fillers. It should also be noted that salt is one of the last ingredients. 

 

Ingredients: Nutritional yeast, Onion powder*, Garlic powder*, Spices*, Himalayan salt, Dehydrated parsley*

Contains: Mustard

Recipes!

  • Hot broth to drink: 1 tbsp. in 1 cup of boiling water. 

  • Soup: 1/2 tbsp. per cup of liquid 

  • Rice: 1/2 tbsp per cup of liquid + butter or oil 

  • White sauce: 1/4 . tbsp per cup of milk

  • Vegetable dip: 1 tbsp of broth or Dill Dip Mix  + 1 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt. 

  • Salad dressing: 1 tbsp Dill Dip Mix or dry broth  + 1/2 cup of oil 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice  1/2 tbsp of dijon mustard, 1/2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup, salt and pepper to taste. 

  • SALMON DILL SAUCE:

  • 1 tbsp of dill dip mix to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • Mix well.

(To be a bit more fancy you could also add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese in dill mixture if you like,  and sprinkle some crushed cashews on top of dip mixture, once on salmon)  

  • Lightly brush your salmon with your favorite oil

  • Season it with salt, pepper 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  • Place salmon filets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. 

  • Divide the mayo mixture add a large thick strip on top of filets.

  • Place in oven and bake for 7-8 minutes or more (depending on how you like your salmon cooked)

  • Serve immediately.
